Partnership Milestones
In September 2024, Coles officially opened their first Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Melbourne, Victoria, bringing together world-class technology and automation to enhance the shopping experience for Coles Online customers. The site serves the greater Melbourne region, home to more than five million people, and offers better availability, fewer substitutions, an increased range of products and improvements in the shelf-life of staples.
In October 2024, Coles officially opened its second Customer Fulfilment Centre in New South Wales. Located 40 kilometres west of Sydney’s vibrant CBD, the new CFC is transforming online grocery for customers across the region, from Hazelbrook in the west to Bondi in the east.

Across Victoria and New South Wales, we have already delivered more than 120,000 orders, the equivalent of 5.5 million products, with our customers getting near perfect orders with zero substitutions.
