Consumers award Ocado Best Organic Supermarket 2014

The 28th annual Soil Association Organic Awards saw Ocado, the online supermarket, crowned Best Organic Supermarket as voted by consumers. With over 2,800 organic products available for delivery to customers in the UK, the brand has a rapidly growing range of groceries, toiletries, beauty, and baby products, pet food and household goods available at the touch of a button at ocado.com/organic.

Judges, including Telegraph food writer Xanthe Clay, Liz Earle MBE, Michelin-starred chef Josh Eggleton, TV Chef Cyrus Todiwala and TV personality Jo Wood commented, “Ocado are extremely supportive of all sizes of businesses within the organic industry, providing a comprehensive range of organic lines for online shoppers and delivering innovation through the range.”

Lawrence Hene, Retail Director at Ocado said, “I’m delighted that shoppers are enjoying the convenience of having such a wide range of organic products delivered to their kitchen table each week.
