Ocado launches exclusive new Raymond Blanc range of premium, sustainably sourced seafood dishes

Ocado, the UKs largest online grocer, today exclusively launched celebrity chef Raymond Blanc’s first range of premium, ready-to-cook seafood dishes. The five dishes offer budding chefs the chance to recreate double-Michelin-star-worthy meals in the comfort of their own kitchen and are only available to order at the touch of a button from ocado.com.

Complementing Ocado’s existing range of fresh products perfectly, Raymond’s collection uses fine quality ingredients such as responsibly sourced Scottish salmon and Scottish lightly-smoked haddock from the oldest smoke house in Scotland.

Raymond commented: “It was important to me not to compromise when launching the first range of Raymond Blanc products. I want to drive the role of sustainability, authenticity, provenance and incredible tasting dishes; Ocado shares the same values so were the perfect partner to launch with.”

The dishes serve two, start from £5.49 and are exclusively available at ocado.com until September.
