Ocado Technology wins Technology Hero of the Year at the V3 Technology Awards 2017
Ocado Technology today announces that it has won the Technology Hero of the Year award at the V3 Technology Awards 2017. Ocado Technology was also shortlisted in the Product of the Year and the Technology Innovator of the Year awards categories for its machine learning-enhanced contact centre and the Greenwich autonomous grocery delivery trial, respectively.
The V3 Technology Awards recognize the very best in technology talent, giving the companies and organizations that are so crucial to the smooth operation of all businesses the chance to celebrate their success. Awards ranged from security to cloud computing, machine learning to big data, business software and infrastructure, as well as the movers and shakers section for the technology heroes and projects that deserve praise.
The winners for all categories were picked by the public in an online poll and announced at a gala event held on November 24th at the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) in London.
