Workforce engagement

We have a Designated Non-Executive Director for workforce engagement. Andrew Harrison chairs council meetings and meets with our internal teams to review listening insights and plan proactive engagement.

Internal Communications

We have various internal communication channels, such as Slack and Fuse, and a wide range of employee community groups, connecting our employees globally, fostering effective communication and enabling collaboration.

Livestreams

Our livestream programme is hosted by Tim Steiner and the Executive Committee to provide frequent updates to employees at Ocado Group.

Feedback

Peakon is our listening and engagement tool. With listening champions across the business, our teams is kept informed, engaged and included.

Regularly sharing relevant content on the Ocado Group Website to keep our stakeholders informed. These include partner updates, key strategic announcements and our latest financial results.

Engagement

Our CEO, CFO and Investor Relations Team attend regular conferences and one-to-one investor meetings throughout the year, in addition to hosting investor-specific site visits to multiple CFC locations across the UK.

Leadership Club

Bringing together representatives from our global partners to share learnings and create close relationships. This frequent collaboration enables us to understand product needs, preferences and opportunities in order to continue providing cutting-edge solutions, like our Ocado Smart Platform.

Internal Touchpoints

Our Executive Committee creates regular touchpoints with partners through quarterly meetings and in-person site visits. In addition to this, our Regional Presidents, Account teams and Partner Success teams maintain direct, regular engagement with OSP partners.

Nurturing close relationships with our suppliers helps us to create opportunities to identify social, environmental and ethical areas for improvement.

Onboarding

Maintaining two-way communication with our suppliers through a uniform onboarding process that encourages ongoing dialogue to enable suppliers to raise and resolve any issues.

Policies

Creating and circulating a new Supplier Code of Conduct and procurement policy, creating frameworks to help suppliers understand and meet Ocado Group’s standards.
